Where,
668816378: Replace this with the profile ID or page you wish to Tag.
You can use Facebook’s Open Graph API to find ID.
Simply add ‘graph’ before www in your address bar.
You will get a JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) response with parameters like “id”, “name”, “link” etc.
Copy the number next to “id” field which is a profile / page ID.
Message / Label: Replace this text with any other text you would like to display for that link.
